Fair Use Guidelines Link Project

Fair use guidelines for our InterNetwork Linking Project

All IRC Networks linked are clickable on our site

UnifiedRelay Link Application Form

1) Be Respectful
Treat users on other networks as you would on your own.
No harassment, trolling, or flame wars.

2) Don’t Flood
Limit your messages avoid sending large blocks of text.
Use services like Pastebin when sharing code, or scripts.
If you’re requesting help with mIRC, TCL, or scripting, keep it concise and considerate.

3) Self-Promotion & Advertising
Not Allowed:
Unsolicited invites like “Join us on our network in #channel” or “Check out our server”
Important:
Most IRC networks enforce strict no-spam policies.
Even if you’re promoting your own network, once it’s relayed, it becomes everyone’s problem.

4) Respect the Link
Linked networks are a shared space.
Abuse from one side affects users across the entire mesh.

5) Report Issues
If you see spam, flooding, or abuse, notify your network operator or relay admin.
We rely on community vigilance to keep the link clean.

Reminder
Don’t ruin the relay for everyone else.
Keep it clean, keep it fair, and help make cross-network chat enjoyable for all.
